Website Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Elira Digital LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("Elira Digital," "ELIRA," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information through the website located at myelira.co (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to:

the ELIRA mobile application, which is governed by its own privacy policy;

any telehealth, clinical, or other health care services, which are provided by separately organized, independently licensed providers under their own privacy notices; or

third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us through the Site, we collect the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers, including Google, collect certain information through cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies, including browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general location (such as city or region) derived from your IP address.

Health information. The Site is not designed to collect health information, and we do not ask for it. Please do not include health or medical information in messages sent through the Site. If you do, we will use it only to respond to you, will not use it for marketing or analytics, and will delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

respond to your inquiries and requests;

operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;

understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the Site;

send you updates about ELIRA, where you have asked to receive them;

detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and

comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not use information collected through the Site for targeted advertising, and we do not use it to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Google Services

We use services provided by Google LLC and its affiliates ("Google") to operate, measure, secure, and improve the Site. These services may include tools for website analytics and measurement, tag management, search performance and indexing, protection against spam and abuse, and the delivery of fonts, maps, video, or other embedded content and features, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and reCAPTCHA. The specific Google services we use may change over time.

Depending on the service, Google may set or read cookies, use pixels, scripts, or similar technologies, and collect the information described in Section 2, including your IP address and information about your device and your interactions with the Site. Google processes this information on our behalf and, where applicable, under its own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms). We do not use Google services for advertising, remarketing, or ad personalization.

You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most of the Site will continue to function, although some features may not work as intended.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, session-replay tools, or similar tracking technologies on the Site.

Browser privacy signals. We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal information and of sharing for targeted advertising. Because we do neither, a GPC signal does not change how the Site operates for you. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, and the Site does not respond to them.

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only as follows:

Service providers that host the Site, provide analytics, or deliver communications on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us;

Affiliates under common ownership with Elira Digital, where needed to respond to your inquiry, subject to this Policy;

Legal and safety purposes, to comply with law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Elira Digital, our users, or others;

Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, subject to the commitments in this Policy; and

With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

6. Data Retention

We keep information submitted through the Site for as long as needed to respond to you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Information collected through Google services is retained in accordance with the settings we select for those services and Google’s retention practices. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and to comply with applicable law, including Massachusetts data security regulations. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; access it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a copy in a portable format; and opt out of its sale, its use for targeted advertising, or profiling. We extend these rights to all Site visitors, regardless of where they live.

To make a request, email support@myelira.co with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request by matching information you provide to information we hold, and we may ask for additional information to do so. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide written permission from you; we may also ask you to confirm your identity directly. We will respond within 45 days, and where permitted by law may extend that period by an additional 45 days, in which case we will tell you.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@myelira.co with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the attorney general in your state.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children’s Privacy

We collected this information from you and from your device, for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclosed it only to the categories of recipients described in Section 5. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Consumer health data laws. We do not collect consumer health data, as defined under Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, or similar state laws, through the Site.

11. Visitors Outside the United States

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites or services operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Site and revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the Site before the changes take effect. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before using previously collected personal information in a materially different way.
